Advertisements in the small ads section of this site are free to members and are also open to non-members at the prevailing rate. Members should log into their area to place an ad, non-members can do so here
Display advertising on this site is free to members who have placed ads in the Yearbook & Buyers Guide.

Terms & Conditions
Agreement
This Agreement is between The Performance Textiles Association Ltd (MUTA), and the submitting advertiser and/or its duly authorized advertising agency ("Advertiser"). Intending to be legally bound, the parties agree that in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the following shall constitute their agreement with regard to advertising on www.muta.org.uk or www.performancetextiles.org.uk.
Contracts
Material is accepted based on the fact that the Advertiser and/or its accredited client/agency has the right to publish and display the contents forwarded to us. In consideration of such online publication, the Advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold MUTA harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication and display.
All content and advertisements are subject to our publisher's approval. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment, at any time.
MUTA will not be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the advertisement not being run or being unavailable during the duration of the contract. MUTA will ensure that the advertisement receives replacement time equivalent to missing time to complete the contract terms.
MUTA is not liable for any omission of an ad or any portion of an ad. MUTA is not liable for any error in a published ad; our sole responsibility will be to insert a corrected ad at no additional expense to Advertiser for the period of time the ad had been published with the error, up to a maximum of ten (10) days. In no event shall MUTA be liable for any general, special or consequential damages.
Small ads

Members should use the facility in the Members Only area to take advantage of their free service.
Non-Members are invited to submit their advertisement using the form below. The administration will be informed of this request and will activate the advertisement for display on receipt of
payment of the appropriate amount. Cheques should be made payable to MUTA and sent to the address shown on the contact page.
Advertisements can only be accepted subject to our terms and conditions. Submission of this form implies acceptance of these terms.
You must complete all the form fields, although you may elect to withold some or all of the contact information from the advertisement display. To use the box number service and
have all enquiries directed to our administration then the appropriate fee will be charged.
